The Coronavirus Didn’t Stop This Big Real Estate Deal

A New Jersey investor has acquired a big Streeterville apartment tower, a sign that some commercial property investors are still in a buying mood even amid a global pandemic, says Alby Gallun from the Crain’s Chicago Business.

Multi FamilyBiz NEW YORK, NY – Strategic Properties of North America (SPNA), a Chicago-based real estate investment firm, and Integrated Capital Management (ICM), a capital management firm in Los Angeles, announced the acquisition of Cityfront Place, a 39-story residential tower in downtown Chicago’s coveted Streeterville submarket.
